tollph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this agreement:

• "tollph" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sportsbook operated at tollph.net, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the website and any associated mobile application or progressive web app.
• "Player," "You," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tollph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the tollph registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal account balance maintained within the tollph platform, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), from which wagers are placed and to which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account as part of a tollph promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by the player using actual Philippine Peso through supported payment channels such as GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other approved methods.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines, under whose authority tollph operates.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the tollph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the tollph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tollph platform and must not attempt to register or maintain an account.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an active account on tollph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay. tollph does not accept players from jurisdictions where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of tollph or its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

tollph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilSys, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tollph may result in account restriction or closure.

Each player is responsible for the security and proper use of their tollph account. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tollph will never contact you to request your password through any channel.
• You must not share your account with, or allow access by, any third party. All wagers placed from your account are deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Each person may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must notify tollph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. tollph's customer support team is available 24/7 via live chat.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the tollph platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

tollph shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except to the extent directly caused by tollph's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

tollph supports a range of Philippine-centric payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your tollph wallet following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically reflected within 60 seconds. tollph does not impose a deposit processing fee, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements. tollph processes withdrawal requests in accordance with published timelines for each payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tollph account holder.

• tollph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will not be approved.
• Any attempted withdrawal to a third-party account will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation.

tollph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tollph reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• All wagers placed and accepted are final once confirmed. tollph does not accept cancellation requests for wagers already settled.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that prevents a game round from completing normally, the affected round may be declared void and any staked amount returned to the player's wallet.
• tollph reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, game parameters, or pricing. Players will be notified and staked amounts refunded in such circumstances.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to wagering.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tollph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by tollph.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any player who discovers such an error must report it to tollph support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Laundering money or using the tollph platform to facilitate any transaction connected with illegal activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or location to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening language, or abusive conduct toward tollph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the tollph platform, its games, or its underlying technology.

tollph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the tollph Responsible Gaming programme.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• The player being listed on any Philippine gaming self-exclusion or problem gambling register.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in the account wallet will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory verification and the absence of any outstanding fraud investigation. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the tollph support team via live chat in their account dashboard.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tollph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tollph shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or tollph had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss arising from interrupted gameplay caused by network outages, third-party service provider failures, or scheduled maintenance downtime.
• Loss resulting from a player's own failure to maintain account security or confidentiality of login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit tollph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

tollph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering on the tollph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the tollph Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by tollph is used for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and related payment transactions.
• Compliance with PAGCOR reporting requirements, AML obligations, and Philippine tax regulations.
• Fraud detection, security monitoring, and responsible gaming intervention.

Your continued use of the tollph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
